Eligible Entrants

●  Entries are open to residents of Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, Tasmania, Northern Territory, and Western Australia, who are 18 years of age or older who are not ineligible for entry.
●  The following individuals are not eligible to enter the THHF Art Fundraiser: (a) By participating in the THHF Art Fundraiser, it is agreed that:
(i) Directors, employees, and their immediate family members of any party or related entities; and
(ii) Representatives of agencies or companies involved in organising the THHF Art Fundraiser, are excluded from entry.
(b) For clarification, “immediate family members” include spouses, ex-spouses, children, stepchildren, parents, step-
parents, legal guardians, siblings, and step-siblings.
●  It is the responsibility of all entrants of the lottery to ensure they are eligible under all applicable laws to accept the prizes offered as a part of the Draw
●  Entrants agree to the publication of their ticket number, suburb, state and postcode in the event of a winning ticket.

How to Enter

To enter the promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the promotional period:
●  Add to cart one of the three available package options (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
●  Fill out the required information
●  Follow through with a successful transaction
●  Receive your receipt via your nominated email address

Proof of purchase

Participants must retain their proof of purchase, which consists of the original receipt sent to the entrant’s designated email following the qualifying purchase.

Entries Permitted

Entrants may enter multiple times by purchasing multiple packages available, including repurchasing the same package multiple times.

Draw Details

The one and only prize will be drawn by a random number generator at 18:00 AEST on the 01/12/2025 (unless sold out sooner: with a total of 13,000 copies of the image “Sunset in view”, 6,500 copies of the image “A peace of the day”, and 2,600 copies of the images “Shadows between”, “Silent walks”, and “Breathe”) at 261 Meyricks rd, Glass House MTNS, 4518, QLD. The draw will be drawn live on Facebook live for any participant who wishes to spectate. A scrutineer who is not associated with the licensee or otherwise involved in the conduct of the lottery will be appointed to oversee the draw.

Notification of Winner

The winner will be phoned and emailed within the following hours of the winner being drawn. If the call is unanswered, they will be phoned again twice the following day.

Claiming Prizes

●  The winner has two months from the draw date to claim the prize by responding to our email notification from their nominated address.
●  All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner.
●  Where the winner does not claim the prize within two months of the prize draw the prize will be forgone.
●  The cash prize can be by cheque or by the winners chosen ADI (licensed banking institute) and will be delivered within
one month of the date the winner claimed the prize.

Publication of Winner

The last name, initial of the first name, and postcode of the winner will be published at thehappyhorsefoundation.org.au within
30 days of the draw.

Unclaimed prizes

Prizes must be claimed within two months from the draw date. In the event of an unclaimed prize there will be a notice posted on our website and socials including the redraw date.

Redrawing

The one and only prize will be redrawn by a random number generator at 18:00 AEST on the 01/02/2026 (or two months after the draw date) at 261 Meyricks rd, Glass House MTNS, 4518, QLD. The draw will be drawn live on Facebook live for any participant who wishes to spectate. The winner will be notified by email within the following hours of the redraw. The last name, initial of the first name, and postcode of the winner will be published at thehappyhorsefoundation.org.au within 30 days of the redraw date.

Cancellation

Should any unforeseen event or circumstance, such as a computer virus, network failure, unauthorised tampering, fraud, or technical issues beyond the Promoter’s control affect the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion and invalidate impacted entries, adhering to state or territory regulations.

Disputes

If any entrant is found to be non-compliant with these terms, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify their entry. In case of a dispute about the promotion or prize claim, the Promoter will work directly with the entrant to resolve it. Should the dispute remain unresolved, the Promoter’s decision will be final.
